Master Jeong has over 26 years of Taekwondo experience. He began his journey at age 7 and has spent the last 16 years as a professional instructor in Korea and in Australia, dedicated to helping students reach their full potential.

Master Jeong is known for his approachable yet disciplined coaching style. While many of his students have achieved great success in competitions, his primary goal is to guide them in developing strong character—helping them grow into mature, dedicated, and motivated individuals.
Coach Jeffery
Senior Instructor
Coach Jeff began his Taekwondo journey in 2013 and has since pursued mastery of this art. Over the years, he has trained with some of the best athletes and coaches in Australia and has competed and coached in various events, including the Uni Nationals, NSW Uni Opens, NSW State Championships and South Coast Open with a hybrid specialisation of Kyorugi and Poomsae.

Coach Jeff also holds a degree in Exercise Physiology, Diploma in Remedial Massage and Certificate III and IV in fitness.

His medical exercise expertise extends to physical development, skill building, injury rehabilitation and exercise recovery.

This specialised knowledge allows him to offer a holistic approach to his teaching, ensuring that his students improve at Taekwondo as a sport and martial art but also understand the importance of physical fitness and injury prevention.
